Problem to solve

While French cities are clogged with motorists during the peak hours creating stress and pollution, a young entrepreneur decided to change that and encourage carpooling in real time through an application for smartphones and tablets .

Solutions apportées

We targeted users and redesigned the strategy and the overall process to reassure them and facilitate movement .

How did we do ?

We redefined the issues with the project promoter and identified the target heart. We compared the concept with those intended for use by working with a group of people corresponding to the target heart. We also identified all the barriers and psychological techniques which might potentially block the use of this service and proposed solutions to overcome each identified barrier to ensure that users achieve full satisfaction when using this service so that their daily commute is significantly improved.

Example

one of the barriers is heightened apprehension for the driver over not knowing where to park if the passenger is late. We advised the project leader to discuss with the municipality the possibility of implementing parking areas for its users or permission to use delivery parking areas (as they are unoccupied briefly unoccupied). Beyond the ease of use that mobile technology offers , think of the service experience as a whole.

Customer testimony

The work done with Workdesigners was a leap into the future of what our users would make our service. In the end we no longer sought to carpool our users but to offer them carpooling like them . Thank you to Emilie Marion !
